Frequently Asked Questions
01. How long is the session?
The minimum time for a shoot is 30 minutes for lifestyle shoots, 1 hour for corporate shoots and 2 hours for all other shoots (I.E. weddings and events). But it depends on the type of session and the package of additional services you have chosen. Any shoot can be extended for an extra fee. But the additional time for the shoot must be specified.
02. Do I receive all images and/or videos from the shoot?
For each package of services, there is a specified number of processed images that you will receive during the session. This amount can be increased at an additional cost. You can also order an memory stick with all the images from the shoot. However, no RAW images or video footage will be sent.
03. Do you provide a videography service?
Yes, I do provide videography services. You can book both a separate videography session in addition to the photography session. However, lifestyle shoots include videography services for a highlight reel (1-2 minutes).
I supply FREE drone videography too with any videography service booked, provided that the area in which the shoot taking place is a fly zone.
04. Do you photograph/videograph pets?
Yes! I do both pet photography and videography. I worked with animals full time for a number of years so there is nothing I cannot handle.
05. Do you shoot corporate events or private parties?
Indeed, I have done a number of different events before.
06. What about newborn shoots, family or individual portraits?
Yes, I do all of this and much more. You can feel free to get in touch with me for further information.
07. Can you provide full day coverage?
Yes, I am ready to work with you all day long. The price would be subject to the amount of hours worked.
08. Do you do boudoir and dudoir shoots?
Yes I do indeed, however I would require a bit more information about what you would like to do for the shoot to see if it would be a shoot that I would take on. Any shoot overly explicit I would have to decline.
09. Do you publicly share all your work?
This is a really common question that I get. The short answer is no, I do not share all of my work online.
One of the main types of shoots that I do not share a lot of (unless I have consent from their parents) is newborn shoots and shoots with young children. This is due to keeping their identity and innocents off the internet, as I am aware of the fact that a lot more parents nowadays do not publicly share details about their children.
Another type of shoot that I do not always share is boudoir and dudoir shoots, as they can be fairly revealing and a lot of the time these shoots are done for their significant others. However, I do ask my clients if I can share any of their images/videos from their shoot and if a client says “no”, I do not take is personally.
10. What is your preference on payment methods?
I prefer payments to be made via EFT. Any payments made in cash get deposited into my business bank account, due to safety reasons carrying around cash.
11. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, I do! When and if applicable, I do offer discounts on my packages (especially for extended hours during weddings). Please bare in mind that the level of time and dedication that I put into my work goes far beyond the “active” hours of working with you. I spend many hours every day editing to uphold the standard of work my clients expect from me.
